1. Land Acquisition

We ideally advise for a 40% down payment to secure the property, at the time of agreement, which aligns with our calculated investment strategies.
- 36 Monthly interest-free instalments
With our repayment strategies, it only comes down to 36 repayments, on a monthly basis, which is reimbursed interest free and without any hidden costs.

With a down payment of more than 40%, benefit from a discounted price and a reformulated repayment plan.

2. Land Development Payment
The development costs compromise all costs that are directly attributable to the development and enhancement activities of the land, inclusive of: the sub-division of the land, infrastructural contributions; roads and walkway set ups, installation of electricity, gas, water and water sewage supplies and systems. It includes application fees, council charges, professional fees, planning submission and building permit fee. The development cost is not inclusive of building a property but involves improvements, that will contribute to quick equity gains of the property and added market value.
At Aran Properties, we understand the financial burden of additional costs of any investment. Our clients enjoy the flexibility to clearing out the cost in four different instalments, payable only from the 4th year of the payment plan or at the time of commencement the land development process.
3. Lots’ Reservation
- Choosing the right block of land is a crucial step irrespective of you, being first-time buyers or a well-versed investor, as it correlates directly to the performance of your capital investment and your short- or long-term plan and strategy. Booking a land has been made so convenient and easy while investing in a property in Australia, with our booking process:
- You can secure your block for as low as $A 3000 of upfront payment
- A confirmation of your purchase is required within a week or you’re eligible for a full refund of your partial initial commitment and the lot will be listed again to other potential buyers
- A buffer window of 4 weeks is provided to the buyers to sign the contract
- Booking payment is non-refundable after 4 weeks
- The agreed deposit shall be made 4 weeks as from the date of the initial commitment reached through a minimum booking amount
- For any unforeseen circumstances or occurrences during the booking process, a written notice made to Aran Properties shall be considered and acted upon
